However, colors, floral varieties, containers, packaging, presentation, gift contents, and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device settings, photography, lighting, seasonality, and availability.

Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, delivery eligibility, and contents are subject to change at any time without notice at our discretion.

Because flowers and some gifts are seasonal, perishable, or availability-dependent, substitutions may be made when necessary. When substitutions are made, we aim to maintain the overall style, value, and presentation of the selected product, but exact flowers, colors, containers, packaging, or gift contents are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by Connecticut Blooms.

Orders over $100 may qualify for free delivery where offered by Connecticut Blooms, subject to product eligibility, delivery area, promotion rules, and any applicable checkout conditions. Free delivery eligibility is determined at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information. You authorize Connecticut Blooms, Shopify, payment processors, and related service providers to process charges associated with your order, including product costs, taxes, delivery fees, and other applicable charges.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, discount errors, product errors, or checkout errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. Connecticut Blooms provides flower and gift delivery to eligible destinations across Connecticut. Delivery availability is determined by the recipient’s ZIP code, selected product, order time, delivery date, and fulfillment capacity.

Qualifying orders placed by 2pm EST may be eligible for next-day delivery service. Next-day delivery availability depends on product eligibility, recipient ZIP code, delivery date, order details, and operational capacity. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Delivery dates, delivery windows, routing estimates, delivery status updates, and fulfillment timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Connecticut Blooms.

We are not liable for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or delivery issues caused by couriers, delivery partners, weather, traffic, road conditions, building access issues, recipient unavailability, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, facility restrictions, hospital or funeral home policies, security desks, customs or regulatory requirements where applicable, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, care facilities, offices, apartment buildings, gated communities, campuses, and other controlled-access locations may be subject to the rules, receiving hours, security policies, or acceptance procedures of those locations. You are responsible for providing complete delivery instructions and any relevant recipient or facility details.

Exact delivery times are not guaranteed. If a requested delivery date or delivery option becomes unavailable, Connecticut Blooms may contact you to discuss alternatives, including substitution, rescheduling, cancellation, or refund where appropriate.

Section 7 - Perishable Products

Flowers and certain related products are perishable. Product freshness, appearance, and lifespan may be affected by handling, transit, weather, temperature, recipient availability, display conditions, and care after delivery.

Once an order has been delivered, the recipient is responsible for proper care, handling, hydration, storage, and display of flowers or perishable items. Connecticut Blooms is not responsible for deterioration caused by improper care, exposure to heat or cold, delayed recipient retrieval, refusal of delivery, or conditions outside our control after delivery.

If you believe there is an issue with a delivered perishable product, please contact customer support promptly and provide your order details and relevant information. Resolution options, if any, are determined at Connecticut Blooms’ discretion based on the circumstances.

Section 8 - Cancellations, Changes, Refunds, and Replacements

Cancellation, change, refund, or replacement requests may be limited once an order has been accepted, prepared, fulfilled, dispatched, or delivered. Because flowers and many gift products may be perishable, seasonal, customized, or time-sensitive, Connecticut Blooms may be unable to accommodate certain requests.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact customer support as soon as possible. We do not guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is submitted.

Refunds, credits, replacements, or other resolutions are provided at Connecticut Blooms’ discretion and may depend on product type, order status, delivery status, customer-provided information, product condition, and applicable law.
